What is a Bare Metal Server?
A bare metal server is a physical computer. A VPS or containerized solution shares the physical hardware, time allocated to process, between VPS and container instances. This is not the case with a bare metal server as there is no sharing of resources and your software has access to 100% of the resources.

Is your support free of charge?
Yes, although we provide support only related to the hardware or network aspects of the server.
Can I use my server for anything I want?
Yes, as long as what you're doing is legal within the states of Oregon and Virginia.
Can I use IPv6 on my server?
Not at the moment. We will be supporting the use of IPv6 in the near future.
Do you provide DDoS Protection?
Yes, should your server receive a massive influx of traffic that we deem to be a DDoS attack, the traffic will be rerouted.
Can you announce my IP block on your dedicated servers?
Not at the moment. We provide a single IPv4 address for a server.
